Dengue IgG/IgM & NS1 Combo
NS1, IgG and IgM on one cassette in ten minutes. The viral antigen and both antibody classes, from a single patient sample.

One sample answers whether, and at which stage.
NS1 catches the acute phase
The NS1 strip shows the viral antigen from the first day of fever, before antibodies are measurable.
The line pattern separates them
In primary infection IgM rises three to five days after onset. In secondary infection IgG rises early and strongly, so the pattern itself tells the two apart.
Fingerstick and a flat surface
Fingerstick or venous whole blood, serum or plasma. Droppers are in the kit, storage is 2–30 °C, and nothing needs power.
Measured against ELISA.
| Analyte | Sensitivity | Specificity | Accuracy |
|---|---|---|---|
| NS1 antigen | 95.8 % | 96.1 % | 96.0 % |
| IgG / IgM | 94.3 % | 99.1 % | 98.3 % |
Both components were compared with commercial ELISA tests on 872 clinical specimens.
Two wells, one reading.
| NS1 antigen — left well | |
|---|---|
| Serum / plasma | 3 drops (≈ 75 µL) · no buffer |
| Whole blood | 3 drops (≈ 75 µL), then 1 drop of buffer (≈ 40 µL) to the same well |
| IgG / IgM — right well | |
| Serum / plasma | 5 µL, then 3 drops of buffer (≈ 120 µL) to the same well |
| Whole blood | 1 drop (≈ 10 µL), then 3 drops of buffer (≈ 120 µL) to the same well |
| Reading | |
| Read at | 10 minutes · do not interpret after 20 minutes |
| Controls | Each strip carries its own control line |
Kit contents: 25 individually pouched cassettes with desiccant, buffer vial, specimen droppers (5 µL and 25 µL) and instructions for use.
